Below are some videos of our fitsteppers taking part at home with the free zoom classes (as advertised here on facebook) during the lockdown and some instructional videos from Pauline filmed before the lockdown. Music where possible has been removed from videos as not to infringe on copyright laws. These videos are free to view with no money being made from them. Videos where music has been removed will include the original song title and artist in the title so you can dance along at home.
